Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Notification: Ordnance Factory Chanda has released a recruitment notification for the year 2023. They are specifically hiring ex-apprentices of the AOCP trade who have been trained in Ordnance Factories under the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board, which is now under Munitions India Limited (MIL). The recruitment is for the post of DBW on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates must possess the necessary training and experience in manufacturing and military handling of explosives, along with an NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT). The appointment for the DBW post will be for a period of 1 year initially, which may be extended up to a maximum of 4 years from the date of engagement.
