Age Limit for BSF SI Recruitment 2023
- Age: minimum 18 years to maximum 52 years
- As on date: 17.11.2023
- Age Relaxation:- SC/ST/OBC Candidate Relaxation as per on government rule regulation.
- SC/ST-05 Year, OBC- 03 Year
Qualification and Experience:
- For Senior Aircraft Mechanic (Inspector) The candidate should have 03 years Diploma in the relevant trade issued by the Directorate General, Civil Aviation. OR Group `X’ Diploma in the relevant trade issued by the Indian Air Force.
- For Assistant Aircraft Mechanic (Assistant Sub-Inspector) The candidate should have 03 years Diploma in the relevant trade recognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation. OR Group `X’ Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force.
Preferably two years relevant aviation experience after completion of diploma course (to be prescribed from time to time). - For Senior Flight Gunner (Inspector) The candidate must possess a of total 1000 flying hours on Multi multi-engine helicopters and a minimum of 250 hours on the type of Helicopter (or variants for deputation or re-employment) operated by the Border Security Force i.e. MI-17 and MI-17 Variants.
Medically fit for flying as per Indian Air Force.
